What Happens if…

1. My flight or my ferry is delayed/ canceled?
Our representative will be waiting for you even if your flight or ferry is delayed. Baggagement provides an excellent service from booking to delivery so we will be in touch for any update or change if occurs.
2. Something is damaged or lost
The handling and the delivery of your bags is done carefully by our trained staff to ensure that there will be no damage. However, your bag has standard insurance cover up to 600€
3. My travel arrangements have changed
Our team is really responsive, so feel free to contact us and we will amend pickup or delivery date and time.
4. I do not collect my bag on time?
Do not worry as we will store it for as long as it takes.
