1. How do I know my bags will be transported and stored safely?
All bags are sealed with a tire wrap and stored in a surveilled secure place in our premises. Our staff has gone through strict training procedures, while baggage monitoring is available through an application with real time location tracking.
2. Is my luggage insured?
Each bag is insured for up to €600 in case of loss as insurance coverage is provided with no extra charge.
3. Is my personal information secure?
We collect the data we believe is necessary to provide our services and we do not share your personal information for any commercial or Marketing purpose. Please see our privacy policy for detailed information.
4. Can I check where my luggage is?
You can send an email at info@baggagement.com and our staff can answer to you on the exact location of your bag utilizing the app that provides them real time tracking.
